SUNDAYS

We have gatherings on Sunday at 9a in Gresham and 11a in Sandy. These services are driven by our belief that God shows up most clearly when a church gathers. Because of this we focus on three main things when we gather: Praise, preaching, and prayer. The goal is never to put on a good show, but rather to see lives positively impacted.

ONE CHURCH / TWO LOCATIONS

Join us on Sundays as we gather in-person at our Gresham and Sandy campuses as well as online for contemporary music and teaching that will both encourage and challenge you.

KIDS ministry

Kids are not a distraction, they are the future. The first thing you should know is that we love having kids in our service. We think that kids are positively impacted by experiencing corporate worship with adults. You are always (and we mean always) welcome to keep them with you in the service.

We also know that it is valuable for kids to learn about the things of God in ways that is understandable to them. Because of this we provide a safe, kid-centered ministry on Sundays.

QUESTIONS / ANSWERS

We hope the information below will help you know what visiting our church will be like. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Honestly, dress comfortably. Need us to be more specific? People wear everything from jeans and a t-shirts to dresses and collared shirts (check us out on Instagram).

No. No way. Absolutely not.

Kids are always welcome to stay in church with their parents, but we also offer age appropriate classes during the  service for babies to 5th graders. If you want to learn more, please visit our kid's page.

Our pastor's name is Chad Harms. Chad is a graduate of Corban University and Gateway Seminary. He and his wife Brynn have been married for 15 years and have a nine year old daughter named Hazel and a seven year old son named Hudson. He loves baseball (played in college), basketball (Go Blazers!), ecclesiology, coffee, tacos, artsy movies, and old video games (think Mario).

Our sermons are always biblical. Each week our pastor preaches a small section of the Bible.

Our sermons are almost always delivered in a series. This means we cover a single topic for several weeks.

Our sermons are oftentimes multi-sensory (think object lesson). We believe this helps people remember the point.

Our sermons are always relevant...or at least we hope they are. We try to preach on things that matter to people's lives.

Our sermons our theocentric. We want our whole service to be focused on honoring, celebrating, and glorifying God; our preaching is part of this. We want to make a big deal about God and what he's done for us through Jesus. You can watch/listen to our sermons here
Describing music is like describing beauty, it really depends on perspective. That said, we'll do our best...

Our music is simple. Our band usually consists of a guitar, drums, keyboard, and bass.

We sing both old and new songs, but most would describe our musical style as modern.
